FACCGSD is the leader and catalyst for plans, strategies, programs and services that promote a favorable business climate, improve the quality of life, and support the orderly growth and development of our city and encourage and promote a positive, balanced, vital economy and preserve those unique qualities that are good for business and make Greater San Diego a very special place in which to live and work.
VISION
The vision of the FACC GSD Foundation is to be a leading organization that champions the interests of Filipino American businesses, fostering an environment where they can prosper and significantly contribute to the local economy. The Foundation envisions a vibrant Filipino American business community that is well-integrated, innovative, and influential in the Greater San Diego region.
MISSION
To promote and foster business growth, success and civic engagement of Filipino Americans and mixed Asians in the Greater San Diego area. The foundation aims to empower entrepreneurs and businesses through education on wide-ranging programs and participation of events designed to support Chamber members develop strategic relationships in the San Diego community and beyond.

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
Provide resources, mentorship, and training to Filipino American entrepreneurs and business owners to enhance their business acumen and promote sustainable growth.
NETWORKING & COLLABORATION
Create opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and build strong professional relationships through events, workshops, and seminars.
ADVOCACY & REPRESENTATION
Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the interests of Filipino American businesses and represent their voices in local government and other relevant platforms.
CULTURAL PROMOTION
Celebrate and promote the rich cultural heritage of the Filipino American community through events, cultural programs, and partnerships with other cultural organizations
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Foster a sense of community and mutual support among Filipino American businesses and the broader community through volunteerism, partnerships, and community service projects.
YOUTH & NEXT-GENERATION LEADERSHIP
